The plans to build a new stadium proposed by the University of Richmond have got a major boost yesterday when Richmond’s planning commission has come out of its way to support the University of Richmond’s $25 million plan to expand its First Market Stadium. Truely a matter of joy for the management and the students of the University of Richmond. The reputation of the college will surely get a major boost once the stadium is constructed.
