Old Dominion Electric Cooperative has finally decided to be a part of the green revolution. Old Dominion Electric Cooperative has made a press release this morning stating that it has signed an agreement with the leading Virginia based energy supplier, AES Corporation. As per this agreement, Electric Cooperative will purchase wind energy based power from AES Corporation. This decision of Electric Cooperative comes on the heels of strong pressure from various citizen groups demanding that the company shift to renewable energy sources.
